O$C Clan - General ROE
The Old Skool Crew (O$C) Rules of Engagement (ROE) are the guidelines we follow. Whether you are on an O$C or other Clan's Game Server, the O$C Forums or chatting on O$C TeamSpeak, you are expected to adhere to the ROE for that engagement. These guidelines are established to ensure the member and visitor of the O$C Community demonstrates appropriate behavior, is shown courtesy, and is treated fairly. Do not proceed if you do not agree with the ROE for the network
The following describes the general ROE that applies to all virtual presence in O$C: Forums, Official/Leased game Servers. Questions regarding the ROE should be directed to our O$C Community Managers (LDR/GOA/COA)..
Code of Conduct
The O$C Community consists of a diverse group of players from around the world. All of us benefit from this interaction with one another. All of us should remember the "Golden Rule" by treating one another with respect and consideration. Anyone observing or subject to negative interactions with other members should be forwarded to the appropriate moderator or Clan Leaders such as LDR/GOA/COA/GEN.
Any and all threats against the O$C network or servers, including attempts to hack, crash, or flood a server, actual or implied, are instant grounds for removal and can result in being Banned from the Servers and Forum. Be smart.
Derogatory language or slander involving race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed, including negative use of harmless words such "gay" or "jew" will not be tolerated. Harassing other players is not permitted within any O$C communication channels. A little healthy competitive trash-talking is tolerable; however excessive comments directed at specific players will not be tolerated.
Impersonation of Admins, LRD/GOA/COA /GEN or OFC members, or other fraudulent use of tag of identification is immediate grounds for removal. This includes close spellings intended to deceive other users.
Nick / User Names
A "nick" is a textual icon in which is used to identify ones self. In the O$C community, your name must adhere to Entertainment Standards Rating Board (ESRB) teen ratings. This means all virtual names chosen by our community members are expected to adhere the following:
- No Insultive, derogatory or slanderous names.
- No Name involving race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed.
- No Names that contain excessively explicit or vulgar language.
Tag Standards
Tags for LDR/GOA/COA will look like this --->> OSC(double arrow) Rank(double arrow) Name
Tags for all other members, including OFC and GEN, will look like this --->> O$C (Rank) Name
Tags for scrims will look like this -->> OldSkoolCrewName (colours of different words may vary)
Sigs / Signature Blocks in Forum
A "Sig" is a Graphic Picture in which is used to add personallity or to identify ones self. In the O$C community, your Sig must adhere to Entertainment Standards Rating Board (ESRB) teen ratings. This means all Sig's developed, designed by our community members are expected to adhere the following:
- No Insultive, derogatory or slanderous names.
- No Pictures involving race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed.
- No Pictures that contain excessively explicit or vulgar language or nudity.
Teamwork
O$C is a team game, players are expected to work together. Failure to follow the orders of the clan leader(s) or leader(s) in your squad is a NO GO; lone wolf Rambo's are not wanted. Clan members are to expected comply with directives set forth by the O$C Clan Leader(s). If you disagree with the directives issued by the clan leader(s) or leader(s) in your squad, discuss your views with the leader(s) work things out, or remove your O$C Tags and leave the clan, as we do not need rebel members acting out and causing problems among the clan.

Chain of Command and Responsabilities
Leader (LDR) Runs the Clan and oversee's all activity
General Of the Army (GOA) - Run the server/forums/clan/recruiting
Chief of the Army (COA) - Run the Squadron Leaders (GEN)/Forums/recruiting and take care of any other issues
General (GEN) - Run the Squads and maintain ordanance with Squad and the clan Members.
Officer (OFC) - Veteran player(s), allowed to host scrims and due to veteran status also placed to help on all ingame problems when encountered.
Requirements to obtain these rankings; you must be a great player. not the best but good. Make smart mature decisions. Patience to deal with squads, Utmost respect for other members aswell as fairness. | |  |
